If you need to cancel a driving lesson, this is how you do it:
In the app, go to "Kör"-screen, and you will see your upcoming lessons under "Upcoming lessons".
Press the lesson and press "Cancel lesson" at the bottom of the screen.
If you have a student program, the lesson will be refunded back to your program. If you do not have a program, the money will be refunded back to your account with us.
In the event of a cancellation within 36 hrs before start of the lesson, it will not be refunded unless you have a statement from a doctor or similar.
Basic-lessons are refundable up to 14 days prior to scheduled appointment. Happy hour lessons are not refundable.
To make a new booking, you simply book from your program. If you do not have a program, the funds are available under "Available deposit" on the payment screen. Use your "Available deposit", and you don't have to make a new payment with Vipps or your payment card.
If you wish to get the funds back to your bank account or credit card, send us an email or message, and we'll refund it within 5-10 business days.
